Very high quality and an excellent overall experience. I bought my wedding tuxedo and a linen suit, both of which turned out exceptionally well. I had detailed consultations with Justin and Daniel, followed by a quick turn around and some further alterations, before the garments were ready to take home looking and fitting perfectly.

Great experience working with Daniel George in SF from beginning to end for a custom fitted high-quality Wedding Tuxedo. He is a great personality and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk into the showroom. He was very careful and thoughtful with his measurements and passionate about his craft; he lets you know what he's thinking so you understand his thought process and he's very knowledgeable and experienced with fashion. Numerous fittings prior to finalization, and the team ensures they'll take care of you (i.e. alterations and adjustments). Location was also great, right around Union Square, so plenty of things to do right after in the area if you're commuting from out of town. You'll usually find me in blue jeans and a motorcycle shirt. The last times I wore a suit were my wedding nearly 20 years ago and my Army dress uniform. So walking into this process, I knew two things: I wanted to look great, and I needed guidance to get there. When I first met Daniel, I was set on a black suit, mainly because that's what I'd always rented for weddings. He gently steered me in a different direction and suggested a dark blue suit instead. When I look for a bespoke tailor, I want someone who knows about me and my style more than I do. I went to 6 different spots until I met with Daniel. Absolutely nailed it! The suit is elegant from top to bottom, and the material was so comfy that I enjoyed my whole wedding and dance party. If I were to get the same quality from Ralph Lauren or Loro Piana, it could triple the cost. I think I'm gonna stick with my suit, shirt and sport coat with Daniel for a while.

Great custom tailor. I have gotten three suits and a couple of sport coats at DG over the last few years. Everything fits great and the value is fantastic. Justin has been the guy for my last couple purchases and he is great to work with. Good sense of style and overall top notch customer service both before and after my purchases. Highly recommend.

The fit is consistently spot on, and that's ultimately what you're paying for. The shop is in the middle of high-end fashion territory, where you can easily spend more for off-the-rack pieces that won't come close in fit or longevity. Yes, his clothing isn't exactly cheap, but I feel it's justified. These are pieces that last and actually get better with wear.
